Description
Screwball Football Production Cel (Warner Bros. 1939). Here's a RARE production cel from the Tex Avery-directed short, Screwball Football. The cartoon consists of a series of gags and some razzle-dazzle on the scrimmage line during a football game. This was from the Warner Bros. art program that laminated production cels to a generic background. The piece has a printed Leon Schlesinger authentication statement in the lower right. The image can be seen around the 6:46-time mark in the short. The piece is in a frame of 13.5" x 10.5". Frame sold as-is. Overall condition is Very Good.Auction Info
