Sailor Moon Sailor Venus Production Cel (Toei Animation, c. 1992-97). Minako Aino, the civilian identity of Sailor Venus, is featured in this excellent original production cel from the game-changing shojo series Sailor Moon. A cute and bubbly member of the Sailor Scouts, Sailor Venus originally operated out of London under the name Sailor V, and the character finally makes an appearance in Episode 33 of the series. The fan-favorite character is hand-painted at an enormous 10.25" x 8.25" on the 12 field cel.
