Description
Sailor Moon S Sailor Mars Production Cel and Animation Drawing (Toei Animation, 1994). Trapped by the clutches of a Daimon who seems immune to the attacks of the Sailor Scouts, Rei Hino is unable to transform into Sailor Mars, as seen at the 18:02 mark of the first episode of Sailor Moon S. Dressed in her ceremonial priestess attire, Rei Hino measures a figure size of 7.5" x 7.75" on the hand-painted 12 field production cel, which also shows one of the blue hands holding her. Set as the third season of Sailor Moon, Sailor Moon S adapted the Infinity storyline from the Sailor Moon manga created by Naoko Takeuchi. The cel is numbered A9, as is the included animation drawing which matches the cel without the hand holding Sailor Mars. The drawing is rendered in graphite with green, blue, yellow, and red pencils on 12 field size animation paper. The production cel has onion-skin paper stuck to its back, and it shows light handling wear from production use and light ink fading. The animation drawing has minimal handling wear from production use. The condition of the lot is Very Good.More information about Anime and Manga.
