Rugrats "Tommy's First Birthday" Tommy Pickles Production Cel (Nickelodeon, 1991). Tommy is turning one year old, and to celebrate the occasion, he is outfitted in his best clothes. We have in this lot a great treat for Rugrats fans; presented is a phenomenal hand-painted production cel from the Episode "Tommy's First Birthday," the first-ever Rugrats episode that aired August 11, 1991. Tommy is seen crawling in full figure, measuring a wonderful size of 3.25" x 3.75" on the 12-field cel numbered 78 in the bottom right corner, and showcased on a printed background for presentation purposes. The cel features a Nickelodeon sticker near the bottom left corner and comes with a COA. In Very Good condition.Auction Info
