Description
Rugrats "Tommy's First Birthday" Chucky Finster Original Production Cel Signed by Arlene Klasky and Gábor Csupó (Nickelodeon, 1991). This fantastic hand-painted 12 field cel of Chucky is from the very first Rugrats episode! The episode is about Tommy's parents trying to make his first birthday memorable while the babies begin to think that eating their dog's food will turn them into a dog. This scene can be found at about the 8:44 mark where Chucky shrugs and explains the dog food idea to Angelica. This episode introduces all the major characters and has notable differences, like Tommy wearing a red shirt and overalls instead of his classic blue shirt. It was also one of the few episodes to follow one story for the thirty-minute segment. Chucky measures an impressive 5'' x 6.25''. The cel includes a Klasky Csupo Inc. production sticker next to the signatures of Arlene Klasky and Gábor Csupó, as well as a production code of RR 1A and other notes of CK1475, 166, and C4. It is taped to a printed background from that scene. Very Good condition with minor handling wear and small scratches near the right peghole.Auction Info
