Rugrats in Paris Phil and Lil Production Cel (Klasky Csupo/Paramount, 2000). A hand-painted production cel of Phil and Lil DeVille, the twin brother and sister from Rugrats. This was the second feature-length film made for the long running Nickelodeon TV series. Nice 3" images of the twins. The cel is placed on a print background for presentation purposes.
