Description
Roller Coaster Rabbit Original Roger Rabbit Production Cel (Disney/Amblin, 1990). This fantastic original production cel features Roger Rabbit in a close-up moment, measuring 6" x 5", hand-painted on 16-field acetate. Believed to be from Roller Coaster Rabbit (1990), this high-energy Roger Rabbit short was produced by Disney's Touchstone Pictures and Steven Spielberg's Amblin Entertainment, following the success of Who Framed Roger Rabbit (1988). Directed by Rob Minkoff, the animated short takes Roger and Baby Herman to a carnival, where chaos quickly ensues. Left in charge while Mrs. Herman visits a psychic, Roger receives a stern warning-if anything happens to Baby Herman, he's destined for rabbit stew! Things take a turn when Baby Herman spots a red balloon at a dart game and wanders off. Roger, returning with a replacement balloon, realizes too late that Baby Herman is missing, triggering a wild, physics-defying chase through the amusement park. The cel is folded around and affixed to an 11" x 17" card, with a fold crease at the bottom that can be easily framed over. Overall condition is Fair to Good-a great find for Roger Rabbit collectors!Auction Info
