Description
Rocko's Modern Life "Fair Knowledge" Rocko and Heffer Production Cel (Nickelodeon, 1993). Although it seems like Heffer is enjoying himself, Rocko looks more than ready to leave the fair. From the Rocko's Modern Life Episode "Fair Knowledge," we have a hilarious hand-painted production cel presenting Heffer enjoying some cotton candy, joined by Rocko looking a bit shocked after being shocked on the bumper cars. The four-layer production cel has Heffer measuring a figure size of 4.5" x 6", with the upset Rocko measuring 4.25" x 4.75" featured on a printed copy of the background of the fair. The top cel bears a Nickelodeon sticker in the top right corner, and it is accompanied by a COA. The layers have slightly adhered together, with one of them presenting the center peghole reinforced. Overall the cel shows some light surface scuffing and minor handling wear from production. In Very Good condition.Auction Info
