Description
Robot Carnival "Starlight Angel" Anime Production Cel (A.P.P.P., 1987). A robot-themed amusement park sets the scene for this segment from the wildly popular Japanese original video animation (OVA) feature. This is an original hand-painted production cel from director Hiroyuki Kitazume's dreamlike "Starlight Angel" segment, with an overall image area measuring 5.5" x 6". The cel is matted, with an opening size of 11" x 8", and framed with glass for an overall size of 18" x 16". A Certificate of Authenticity from A.P.P.P. is attached to the backside of the frame.
