Description
Robin Hood Prince John Production Cel (Walt Disney, 1973). "Now get out there and keep your snake eyes open for you-know-who," says Prince John to the slithery sycophant Sir Hiss in this scene at the 35:41 mark in Disney's Robin Hood. Offered in this lot is an original hand-painted production cel of Prince John. It's a wonderful image of the grinning vane pretender to the throne gazing into his hand mirror which measures 7" x 6" on a laminated 16 field laminated cel that bares a Disney seal in the lower right corner. Slight paint crack in the white of his collar and crown, but no actual paint loss. The lamination has rippled. Condition is Fair.Auction Info
