    Ragtime Bear Mr. Magoo Production Cel Group (UPA, 1949). From the very first Mr. Magoo short, in which the nearsighted Magoo mistakes a banjo-playing bear for his nephew Waldo while vacationing at Hodge Podge Lodge. Directed by John Hubley, this historic film was the first of more than 50 shorts made before the character migrated to TV. This pair of extremely rare hand-inked and hand-painted production cels of Magoo and Ragtime Bear. Magoo measures 2.5" while Ragtime is 4". In Fair condition with cracking and paint loss to both.
