Rabbit Rampage Bugs Bunny Production Cel (Warner Brothers, 1955). "I have a good mind to tell the Warner Brothers about you!" says Bugs Bunny to his off-screen antagonist. This is a magnificent hand-inked, hand-painted production cel of Bugs Bunny from a short directed by Chuck Jones and written by Mike Maltese. You can see this image around the 2:00 mark. This unbelievable, full figure image of Bugs is 6" tall, and you can see a streak of yellow has been painted on his back. This short was released on 6/11/55 and was a sequel of sorts to Duck Amuck, wherein Daffy Duck is tormented by an off-screen Bugs. In Rabbit Rampage Bugs is the victim of Elmer Fudd's off-screen hijinks. Warner Brothers studio routinely threw out cels, so vintage production cels of this quality from 1950s Looney Tunes theatrical shorts are very rare. The cel is on a print background for presentation purposes. Condition is Fine.
