    Description

Quick Draw McGraw Show Production Title Cel and Key Master Background (Hanna-Barbera, 1962). An Auggie Doggie and Doggie Daddy cartoon appeared in each episode of The Quick Draw McGraw Show. These dachshund-like dogs were voiced by Daws Butler and Doug Young. This is an extremely rare, hand-inked, hand-painted title cel on its Key Master hand-painted production background. It's from the "Little Wonder" episode, the 34th show from Season 2 which premiered on 11/26/60. In the story, Daddy Doggie wants to test the intelligence of son Augie Doggie. It's a great of 6" image of Augie on a 12 field cel setup. The Main Title Sheet displaying all the credits information is included with this Master title cel. An interesting thing to note: " H-B Enterprises Cartoon" is crossed out and "A Hanna-Barbera Production" is handwritten underneath. Title cels from the early 1960s Hanna-Barbera cartoons are treasured by collectors because the artwork is always top-notch. Joe Barbera wrote "OK" on bottom border of the background! Condition is Fine.
