Popeye the Sailor Bluto Production Cel and Presentation Background (Famous Studios, c. 1950). Bluto is at his best behavior in this original rare Famous Studios hand-painted production cel, placed over a hand-painted presentation background. The cel is trimmed to 8" x 10"; Bluto stands 5". There is some paint loss in his feet, and separation in the black tie area; Good condition. Matted to 17.5" x 15.75".
