Pokémon "Pokémon Shipwreck" Jessie and Meowth Production Cel (OLM, Inc., 1997). "Could it be? Magikarp!" Jessie and Meowth believe they are doomed when they get trapped in a sinking ship, but James reveals that he has one more trick up his sleeve. He still has the golden Pokéball containing none other than Magikarp! This is a picture-perfect hand-painted production cel from the globally-beloved anime series Pokémon. This moment can be found at about the 13:26 mark of only the 16th episode in the series, which is entitled "Pokémon Shipwreck." The large and colorful image measures about 8.5" x 7.5" on its 10.5" x 9" animation cel. The cel is numbered in its upper right corner with A3, and it is presented on a color print of one of the episode's backgrounds. Pokémon has aired over 1000 episodes with no signs of slowing down yet, so finding a production cel from the first season is quite cool! This great image of two of the members of Team Rocket is in Very Good condition, with minor handling and edge wear. There is some light line fading on the cel.
