Plastic Little Tita Koshigaya Production Cel (Pierrot, 1994). Originally released on 3/21/1994, this OVA followed the captain of the Cha-Cha Maru. Though tasked with the job of capturing exotic creatures in the 'sea of clouds' and selling them to zoos, she soon becomes entangled in a deadly international conflict that could determine the independence of an entire planet and, possibly, reveal the secret behind her father's death. This 12 field 3-peghole production cel can be found at about the 25:06 mark of Plastic Little and features a dramatic close-up of Tita as she dawns her uniform once more, determined even after being attacked. The hand-painted cel is incredibly detailed with the left side of Tita's collar on one layer and the rest of the character on a second. The cel is noted as A28 and measures about 9'' x 8.25'' with the bottom layer taking up most of the cel. It is presented on a printed background for presentation purposes. Very Good condition overall with minor edge and handling wear.
