Pinocchio Figaro Production Cel Courvoisier Setup (Walt Disney, 1940). "What could have happened to him? Where could he be at this hour? I better go out again to look for him... and remember... nobody eats a bite till I find him!" says Geppetto, as he goes out looking for Pinocchio in the rain after he didn't come home from his first day of school. This is an outstanding hand-inked hand-painted Courvoisier cel of Figaro, as he gets ready to eat the fish dinner as soon as Geppetto leaves. Only the bubbles from Cleo stop him. You can see this image at around the 41:30 mark into the film. The trimmed-to-image cel is on a print background for presentation purposes of the exact scene. The cel is in a new frame with a mat opening of 9" x 8". Figaro is a nice large image size of 4.5". One of the single nicest Figaro production cels we have come across! The glass-front frame measures 25" x 24". Fine condition.
