Pinocchio Figaro and Fish Production Cel Courvoisier Setup (Walt Disney, 1940). "Here's another! Keep them in there, Figaro" yells Geppetto as he keeps bringing up fish after fish and throwing them in the fish bin as the waves tumble over their tiny ship. This is an original hand-inked, hand-painted Courvoisier cel of Figaro with one of Geppetto's just-caught fish, inside of Monstro. This is from the Pinocchio and Geppetto reunion, a key scene in the film. Nice images of Figaro and Fish, with sizes of 3" and 5", on an airbrushed Courvoisier background. Figaro proved to be so popular from this appearance that he went on to make seven theatrical cartoons from 1942 to 1949! The original hand-scripted Courvoisier mat is included, with a mat opening of 5" x 5"; the setup is framed with glass for an overall size of 13" x 13". Frame is sold as-is. Cel setup is in Very Good condition.
