Description

Peter Pan Production Cel (Walt Disney, 1953). "Mother? What's mother?" asks Peter after Wendy wonders what her mother will say when she finds her missing. This classic film was the 14th for Disney Studio and the last to involve all of "Walt's Nine Old Men." Offered here is an original hand-inked hand-painted production cel of Peter that appears around the 14:28 mark as Peter invites Wendy to join him and the lost boys in Neverland. The 6" tall full-figure pose is on a 16 field 3-peghole cel numbered 99 in the lower right corner. It's an ideal image of the title character and because he can fly, would work with virtually any background. The cel shows light handling; otherwise, condition is Very Good.
