Peter Pan Captain Hook and Tinkerbell Production Cel Setup on Master Background (Walt Disney, 1953). "But wait, those Indians know the island better than I do know me own ship!" says Captain Hook to Smee as he decides capturing Tiger Lilly will be the key to finding Peter Pan. This is a hand-inked, hand-painted production cel of Captain Hook from that very scene. This is an enormous image of a true Disney Villain, hook and all. The Captain's cel is trimmed to the image, combined with a very rare production Tinker Bell cel. Both characters are presented on a 16 field hand-painted production background of the Captain's quarters on the Jolly Roger. It's from from Seq. 09 Scene 25 and appears in the scene where Hook is sick and Mr. Smee is attending to him. This is one of the finest Captain Hook Master setups we have ever seen. It is framed with a mat opening of 11" x 14.5", in a 23" x 26" frame. Condition is Very Good.
