Peanuts - It Was a Short Summer, Charlie Brown Charlie Brown and Snoopy Production Cel Setup (Bill Melendez, 1969). "Actually I had planned for you to help me with the paddling" says Charlie Brown to Snoopy at the start of the Summer Camp canoe race. This is a production cel setup of Charlie Brown and Snoopy in their canoe from the sixth Charles Schulz Peanuts television which premiered in 1969. They are hand-inked and hand-painted on 12 field cels presented over a color background. The overall image measures 3" x 4" and Snoopy looks fantastic in a Davy Crockett hat. There are a few small paint chips in back of canoe; otherwise, condition is Very Good.
