Description
Mobile Suit Gundam 0083: Stardust Memory "Conspiracy Sector" Green Wyatt, Nina Purpleton, and Ivan Pasarov Production Cel (Sunrise, 1992). "I wasn't able to give it to him before he launched." Nina Purpleton says regretfully after handing a postcard from the now-widow of Lieutenant Burning. From the 8th episode of the OVA anime series Mobile Suit Gundam 0083: Stardust Memory, "Conspiracy Sector," we present in this lot a terrific hand-painted production cel showing images of the Earth Federation Green Wyatt, the proficient engineer Nina Purpleton, and lieutenant Ivan Paserov. This fantastically elaborate 3-layer production cel features the image seen at the episode's 25:12 timestamp, as Green Wyatt reads the name of the postcard sender delivered by Nina. The cel shows an overall image size of 10.25" x 7.75" and is displayed on a printed background for presentation purposes. Some fading can be seen on the cel's linework. The layers show paint residue and faint surface scratches that don't affect the art. With light handling and edge wear from production, the lot is in Very Good condition.Auction Info
