Mattel Tuff Stuff Shoppin' Basket TV Commercial Production Cel and Key Master Background (Kurtz and Friends, 1981). This Mattel commercial featured a little girl named Greta, who single-handedly wrecks everything in a toy store -- except this play shopping cart! It's "tougher than Greta!" Great hand-painted 12 field 6-cel setup from the opening of this animated commercial, which was designed by Robert Peluce; you can find it on YouTube. The figure size of the toy store manager is 6.5". The top cel, which has some shading on the manager's arm, is hand-signed by director Bob Kurtz. Very Good condition with mild cel curling, tape, and minor handling wear.
