Description
Jem and the Holograms Jem and Pizzazz Production Cel with Production Background (Hasbro/Sunbow/Marvel, c. 1985-88). From the same team of studios responsible for G.I. Joe and Transformers, Jem and the Holograms is an animated musical series that follows the record company owner Jerrica Benton and her singer alter-ego Jem. Her band, the Holograms, are often at odds with the Misfits (no relation to the real-world band), fronted by the spoiled and petulant Pizzazz. This is a great hand-painted original production cel setup featuring Jem and Pizzazz, presented on a 12 field trimmed production background rendered in gouache on background board, possibly from the series. This setup shows minor handling and edge wear with staples in the upper corners. The condition overall is Very Good.Auction Info
