Description
Hunter x Hunter Gon Freecss and Killua Zoldyck Production Cel Group of 2 and Animation Drawing Group of 2 (Nippon Animation, c. 1999-2001). Killua and Gon, the inseparable friends, are presented together in this group of two great hand-painted 12 field production cels with their matching animation drawings from Hunter x Hunter. Numbered C41 in the top right corner, the first cel has Gon and Killua measuring about 2.5" tall, smiling at each other. The second production cel can be seen at the 17:07 mark of Episode 62, the last episode of the 1999 adaptation of Hunter x Hunter, where Gon and a cat-like Killua start a fight after Gon accidentally throws ice cream at his friend; the two characters in very dynamic poses measure about 5.5" x 4.25" on the 12 field size production cel, numbered A18 in the top right corner. The matching animation drawings, also numbered C41 and A18 respectively, are rendered in graphite with colored pencils on 12 field animation paper. This is a great opportunity to own pieces of production art from Hunter x Hunter with these two iconic characters together! The cels and drawings show very light handling wear from production use, with the animation drawings showing some crumpling in the right edge on C41 and small paint spots on the right edge of A18.
