Description
Hey Good Lookin' Vinnie and Roz Production Cel Setup and Master Painted Background with Animation Drawings Group (Ralph Bakshi, 1982). Vinnie and his girlfriend Rozzie discuss their big night out in this incredible 12 field 5-cel setup on its Key Master hand-painted background. Hey Good Lookin' was director Ralph Bakshi's ode to Brooklyn in the 1950s. It was originally planned for release in 1975 as a combination live action/animated film, with only the principal characters animated, but was heavily rewritten and fully animated for this final version. The combined figure size is 10" x 8" on four cels (each with its matching animation drawing included), with the fifth cel a line-art overlay for the background painting. Hey Good Lookin' is considered a favorite of cult-film director Quentin Tarantino! Drawings have handling and edge wear, and are in Good condition. Minor handling wear on the cel setup, and condition is Very Good.Auction Info
