Description
Half-Fare Hare Bugs Bunny Production Cel and Hand-Painted Background (Warner Brothers 1956). "Too bad fellas, looks like I'll have that bumper crop in Chattanooga all to myself!" Bugs says to two Hobo caricatures of Ralph Kramden and Ed Norton from The Honeymooners. This can be seen at the 5:05 mark in this animated short directed by Robert McKimson and released on August 18, 1956. The piece has a full-figure Bugs Bunny measuring 5". Bugs Bunny cels of this caliber from the 1950s are considered very rare. This delightful image of Bugs is paired with a hand-painted presentation background. Matted and framed with Plexiglas for an overall size of 24" x 20". The frame is sold as-is. The setup is in Very Good condition.Auction Info
