    Description

Gulliver's Travels King Bombo Production Cel (Fleischer Studios, 1939). "Don't look now gentleman, but it's war!" King Bombo of Blefescu says that to his henchman as he leaves King Little's castle after a fight over the wedding song -- "Forever" vs "Faithful." This is a rare hand-inked, hand-painted production cel of King Bombo from the scene where he is leaving the castle. He gets into his coach and stops, showing many facial expressions from happy to angry to sad as he hears his son sing "Forever." You can see this image around the 16:51 mark into the film. Great large image measuring 8". Framed using Plexiglas, with a mat opening size of 11" x 9", in a frame of 19.5" x 17". This cel was once owned by Fleischer Studio animator Gordon Sheehan. Fine condition.
