The first is a single-cel setup that can be seen in online viewings at the 30:07 mark, while the second is a 2-cel setup as seen at the 32:01 mark. Each background includes "OK sign-offs and penciled-in dates when the art was photographed. Background (or "scenic") artists are listed on IMDb as Robert Little (who signed off as R. Little in an "OK" stamp in the left margin of the 2-cel setup), Louis Jambor, Shane Miller, and Erich Schenk. The cels have considerable paint loss, and are in Fair condition, while the hand-painted starry night backgrounds are in Good condition with handling wear.
