Description
Froot Loops Toucan Sam TV Commercial Production Cels Group of 5 (Hanna-Barbera, 1970's). "Follow my nose! It always knows... the flavor of fruit, wherever it goes!" sings Toucan Sam, the iconic mascot of Kellogg's Fruit Loops cereal, which entered the market in 1963. This is a series of five hand-inked, hand-painted production cels of Toucan Sam. One cel features a large 7" image of him holding a Froot Loops box! The other four cels are a sequence of Sam walking with a bowl of cereal on his head. The animation for this commercial was produced by Hanna-Barbera and directed by legendary animator Art Babbitt. The lot comes with a Letter of Authenticity from the Art Babbitt Estate. Minor handling wear. The condition is Very Good. From the Art Babbitt Archives.Auction Info
