Fantastic Four Black Panther Production Cel with Painted Pan Background and Animation Drawing (Marvel Studios, 1995).
If you are a fan of Marvel's newest movie star, than this lot is for you! The Black Panther first appeared on-screen in this Season Two episode of Fantastic Four, "Prey of the Black Panther." This is an original 12 field hand-painted cel from that episode, which told the Panther's origin as an African King. The image size is approximately 8" x 9". The cel is placed over a pan blue sky background, from an unknown cartoon. The original matching animation drawing, in graphite with light red and blue highlights, is included; both the cel and drawing have been hand-signed by the series' Supervising Producer, Tom Tataranowicz. The 21.75" wide background is in Good condition with edge tears and minor fold creases along the right side; cel and drawing are in Very Good condition with tape on the cel, and minor handling wear.
