Description

Fantastic Four Black Panther Production Cel with Painted Background and Animation Drawing (Marvel Studios, 1995).
Marvel's newest movie star was actually featured on TV back in 1995 -- 11/11/95, to be exact. This is an original hand-painted production cel from "Prey of the Black Panther," the seventh Season Two episode of Fantastic Four. It introduced Black Panther as an African king who uses his incredible strength and agility to fight crime. This is a great shot of him as he explains why he lured the FF to his jungle kingdom; the image measures about 7.5" x 6.75". The cel, which has been signed by Supervising Producer Tom Tataranowicz, is placed on an original hand-painted production cel from an unknown cartoon, but it fits the scene well. The original graphite with red and blue pencil matching animation drawing is included; it too has been signed by Mr. Tataranowicz. Overall condition is Very Good, with tape along the bottom edge of the cel, and minor handling wear.
