Fairly Odd Parents Jorgen Von Strangle Production Cel Setup (Frederator Incorporated/NickToons Prod., 2001). While Fairy Godparents Cosmo and Wanda are at Fairy Academy, they are menaced by Jorgen Von Strangle! This hand-painted cel features him at a towering 10.25" tall (from heel to crown). The cel is placed on second layer with fire elements on it and then on a print background for presentation purposes and housed in an official Nickelodeon sleeve/mat frame.
