Description
DuckTales Production Cel Setup and Master Background, with Layout and Animation Drawings Group (Walt Disney, 1987). Disney has announced plans to bring back this show with brand new episodes in 2017. This lot is sure to please all DuckTales fans. Included is an original hand-painted production cel setup of Scrooge McDuck (in his Scottish outfit!) along with Huey, Dewey, Louie, and Webby. The setup is on a hand-painted Master production background. A Disney seal is on the top cel. Framed and matted with an opening of 10" x 9", overall size 17" x 15.5". Also included are the matching animation drawings of all characters on three sheets, matted and framed together. Drawings are folded down to get presentation of all five characters in one frame. Mat opening is 13" x 7". The background layout is framed from this Master setup and matted; opening size is 8" x 10". And finally, the copy of the scene's layout is framed as well with a mat opening of 8" x 10". One of the most elaborate lots of DuckTales art we have seen.
