Description
Duckman: Private Dick/Family Man "Ebony, Baby" Pan Production Cel Set-Up (Klasky Studios, 1997). Duckman meets Ebony Sable, a tough no-nonsense black female private investigator... and of course falls in love with her. It's a parody of Blaxploitation movies and TV shows as Duckman tries to 'Get Ebony, baby'. This seven-layer pan set-up was created with hand-painted cels on 20" x 10.5" 5-peghole acetate sheets. There is also a painted dark green background that may or may not have been used in the scene as a 'green screen' for the starfield background.
