    Description

    Duck Dodger and the Return to the 24 1/2 Century Daffy Duck and Marvin Martian Production Cel and Master Background Setup (Warner Brothers, 1980). The future is not all that it's quacked up to be! Daffy Duck returns to the 24th and half century in this short that first appeared in the 1980 Daffy Duck's Thanks-for-Giving TV Special. This scene, featuring Daffy shooting Marvin with a straightjacket gun, was cut when the cartoon was repackaged as a short. This pair of hand-painted cels from this Chuck Jones directed short are placed on a hand-painted Master production background that is tabled BG 68 on the backside and "Start Sc.77" on the front top margin. Both Maurice Noble and Ron Dias worked on the art direction for this film. Daffy and Marvin stand approximately 4.5" tall. Pinholes, however in Fine condition.
