Dragon Ball Z Season 4 Episode #31 Dr. Gero Production Cel with Printed Background and Douga (Toei Animation, 1993). "More Androids?" Beautiful production cel featuring the mad scientist of the Red Ribbon Army, Dr. Gero. After almost stealing all of Piccolo's energy, Dr. Gero sees his opportunity for victory against Vegeta! Seen at the 10:26 mark of the episode. This cut was animated by Yukio Ebisawa. The 10.5" x 9" hand-painted production cel is paired with a printed background.
