Dragon Ball Z Piccolo Production Cel with Production Background and Animation Drawing (Toei Animation, 1992). From episode 144 of Dragon Ball Z, at the 8:10 mark, we get this spectacular image of Piccolo, as he refuses to let Cell go and continue his rampage. Measuring a great image size of 9.5" x 6.25", the stern but kind-hearted Piccolo is featured in this hand-painted production cel, featuring one of the differences between the manga and the anime, as we see his five fingers, as opposed to the four he has in the manga. The production cel, numbered A8 in the top right corner, is featured in a great production painted background, and is accompanied by the matching animation drawing with the Namekian rendered in graphite with red colored pencils. The lot also includes two exposure sheets used in the production of the episode. The cel shows some wear and fading ink in the linework, light surface scuffing that doesn't affect the art, and it has adhered to the custom painted background. The animation drawing shows some small green and pink paint splatters. Overall, the lot shows light handling and edge wear from production. Dans l'épisode 144 de Dragon Ball Z, à la marque 8:10, nous vous présentons cette image spectaculaire de Piccolo qui refuse de laisser Cell partir et continuer son carnage. Mesurant une grande taille d'image de 24,1 x 15,9 cm, Piccolo, sévère mais au grand cœur, est représenté dans un cellulo de production peint à la main et présentant l'une des différences entre le manga et l'anime, puisque nous voyons ses cinq doigts, en contraste avec les quatre qu'il a dans le manga. Le cellulo de production, numéroté A8 dans le coin supérieur droit, est présenté sur un superbe arrière-plan de production peint à la main et est accompagné du doga correspondant, avec le Namek rendu au crayon graphite et crayon rouge. Le lot comprend également deux exposure sheets utilisés lors de la production de cet épisode. Le cellulo présente une certaine usure et une décoloration de l'encre dans le trait, de légères marques de surface qui n'affectent pas l'art, et il a adhéré à l'arrière plan peint. Le dessin d'animation présente quelques petites taches de peinture verte et rose. Dans l'ensemble, le lot présente une légère usure de manipulation et une usure des bords due à la production. En Très Bonne condition.
