Dragon Ball Z "Pathos of Frieza" Frieza Animation Drawing Group of 5 with Studio-Used Printed Layout (Toei animation, 1991). The heinous Frieza uses his deadly Death Saucer technique in this sensational lot that features five amazing animation drawings of the villain using his powerful attack as seen at the 18:54 mark of the Dragon Ball Z episode "Pathos of Frieza," accompanied by a fantastic studio-used photocopied print of the layout for the thrilling scene! The animation drawings are rendered in graphite with colored pencil details with animation notes in red ink and colored pencil, done on 12-field animation sheets numbered A1 END, B-7 End, B-4, B-5, and B-6. Drawing B-4 features a great image of Frieza, measuring 7.75" x 6.75", showcasing an animation timing chart in the bottom right corner. Drawing B-5 has Frie'zas hand launching the attack, with drawings B-6 and B-7 End showing the Death Saucer. The drawing numbered A 1 END shows the kinetic lines from the scene, and the studio-used copy of the layout for the scene shows Frieza preparing his technique and throwing it, done in two pieces of studio paper taped together, measuring in total 20" x 13.5". The drawings present minor handling and edge wear from production, with drawing A 1 END showing two small holes on the left edge and fold creases on the bottom corners. The studio-used copy has toned areas from the tape and fold creases. Overall, the lot is in Very Good condition.
