Dragon Ball Z "He's Here" Android 17 and Piccolo Production Cel with Animation Drawing (Toei Animation, 1992). This lot delivers a blow! Android 17 throws a serious punch to Piccolo in this hand-painted production cel from the episode "He's Here" from the iconic shonen anime Dragon Ball Z. This powerful image can be seen at the 19:57 mark of the episode as the evenly matched encounter between the mighty Namekian and the advanced android gets to its climatic point. The 12-field production cel, numbered A13 END in the top right corner, has the characters sharing an image size of 9.75" x 7.25", with the matching animation drawing rendering the scene in graphite with colored pencil and details and red ink animator notes. The production cel has some fading on the linework and shows a faint orange mark on Piccolo. The animation drawing has adhered to the back of the cel. With light handling and edge wear from production, the lot is in Very Good condition.
