Description
Dragon Ball Z Episode 245 Goku Super Saiyan 3 Production Cel with Production Background (Toei Animation, 1994). Goku demonstrates the power of the Super Saiyan 3 form as he heavily beats Majin Boo, to Babidi's surprise and dismay. Getting momentum for a significant punch, Goku is presented in Super Saiyan 3 form with a halo on his head in this fantastic hand-painted production cel from Dragon Ball Z Episode 245. The iconic hero, as seen at the 17:21 mark of the episode, measures a great image size of 7.5" x 7.75" on the 12 field-sized production cel, numbered A3 in the top right corner. Presented on a kinetic trimmed production background, rendered in gouache on background board, this outstanding production cel is an exciting example of the legendary fighting scenes that made the Dragon Ball series legendary among anime fans. The production cel has correction paint on the surface, fading on the linework, and light surface scuffing that doesn't affect the art. The production background shows edge wear on the right and light crumpling on the bottom right and top left corners. With very light handling wear from production, the lot is in Very Good condition.Auction Info
