    Dragon Ball Kami Production Cel and Animation Drawing (Toei Animation, c. 1986-89). Kami, the 762-year-old Namekian and creator of the eponymous Dragon Balls of Earth, is featured in this magnificent hand-painted original production cel! This piece appears in Dragon Ball Episode 148 titled "The Victor" (timestamp 21:52). After Goku defeats the evil Piccolo, Kami asks that Goku takes the mantle for being the new guardian of earth! This cel is accompanied by its matching original animation drawing rendered in graphite and color pencil on animation paper. The cel measures 10.5" x 9", and the drawing is 10.5" x 9.5", and Kami measures 5" tall on each. Each piece shows minor handling and edge wear due to normal studio use, and the cel is displayed on a printed background for presentation purposes. A rare set, the condition overall is Very Good.
