    Description

Doctor Seuss' How the Grinch Stole Christmas Grinch Production Cel Signed by Chuck Jones (MGM, 1966). "Then he loaded some bags and some old empty sacks on a ramshackle sleigh, and he whistled for Max!" says narrator Boris Karloff as the Grinch begins his journey to steal Christmas from the Whos. This is an outstanding hand-painted production cel of the Grinch, which can be seen around the 8:32 mark within the film. The Grinch and his bundle measure an amazing 7" tall. The cel is also hand-signed by the film's director, animation legend Chuck Jones (1912-2002). A Linda Jones seal is on the cel and it comes with her COA as well. The cel is on a print background for presentation purposes. Grinch production cels of this quality are becoming few and far between! Fine condition. From the Chuck Jones Archives.
