Danny Phantom Character Design Drawing Group of 13 Signed by Stephen Silver (Nickelodeon, c. 2004). When Danny Fenton received his paranormal powers from the Fenton Ghost Portal, he soon realized that ghosts could get out of the Ghost Zone from the portal and took on himself the task of defending the town from the evil specters, sending them back to the Ghost Zone. Many of Danny's phantasmal foes are presented in this lot, with 13 spectral drawings showcasing the superb work of the show's character designer, Stephen Silver. Featured in this group is a preliminary design of one of the show's main antagonists, Skulker, as well as showcasing early designs of Nicolai Technus and the some members of the Circus Gothica, Elastica, Goliath, and Green Kid. The lot also presents a sheet featuring two of the forms of Bert Rand, two showing a stilt ghost, one showing a phantom soldier, as well as a great drawing of a ghost dragonfly and a ghost frog. These spectacular drawings are done in ink with colored pencils and they all display Stephen Silver's signature. Except for Skulker and the stilt ghost, the drawings were also created with colored markers. The drawing of Goliath is done on 11" x 8.5" paper, and the rest are done in 12 field size animation paper. Some drawings show some marker bleedthrough, and some have paste-ins. With minimal handling wear from production, the overall condition is Very Good.Auction Info
