Description
Courageous Cat and Minute Mouse Production Cel Setup with Painted Background and Animation Drawings Group (Trans-Artists Productions, 1960). Bob Kane's animated spoof of superheroes predates the "camp" live-action Batman TV series, and why not? He created both Courageous Cat and Batman! Here's an original hand-inked, hand-painted 12 field 5-cel setup featuring Courageous Cat, his squeaky-voiced sidekick Minute Mouse, and the Frog's dimwitted pal Harry Gorilla probing a giant snowball! Figure sizes are 4.25" and 3.25". The cels are placed on a hand-painted 12 field production background from an unknown 1950s-60s Larry Harmon Studio cartoon. The original animation drawings of Courage and Minute, plus three drawings that male up Harry, are included; these are drawn in graphite with either red or blue pencil. Minor handling wear.
