Chilly Willy and Polar Bear Animation Production Cel #1173 and Drawing Original Art, Group of 3 (Walter Lantz Productions). Cute little Chilly, and a polar bear, chill out in these two original hand-inked and hand-painted animation production cels. Includes the original production drawing which was used to create the Chilly cel. The cels and drawing each measure 12.5" x 10.5", and their condition is Very Good.
