    Description

    Canine Patrol Pluto Production Cel and Background Setup (Walt Disney, 1945). Pluto is on Beach Patrol for the U.S. Coast Guard in this short. He finds a newly hatched baby turtle and spends the cartoon trying to keep him off a restricted beach and out of trouble! This cel features Pluto in sailor hat and sporting his red collar. It can be seen in the short at about the 2:49 mark. This hand-inked, hand-painted cel is in 12 field 5-peghole format numbered 58 in the bottom right corner. For presentation purposes it is placed on a hand-painted non-Disney modern production background numbered 285 in the upper right corner. Matted and ready to frame. There is slight paint loss in the black of his nose and ears, otherwise in Fine condition.
