Description

Box-Office Bunny Bugs Bunny Production Cel (Warner Brothers, 1991). "Would you like genuine artificial imitation butter-flavor on your popcorn?" When a big "Cineminium" 100-screen movie theater is built on top of Bug Bunny's rabbit hole, he pops in to bedevil usher Elmer Fudd and Daffy Duck (who also snuck in without a ticket). In this original hand-painted 12 field two-level production cel, Bugs does a quick change and begins working the snack counter as Elmer loses his concentration on catching the "wabbit" and decides he's hungry; see it in the short at about the 3:56 timestamp. This Darrell Van Citters-directed modern-era Looney Tunes short was released to theaters on 1/3/1990. Bugs has an approximate image size of 5" x 5.75"; the cel is placed on a scene-matched print background, added to complete the image. A WB seal is in the lower right corner of the cel, and a generic Looney Tunes Certificate of Authenticity from Clampett Studio comes with the cel. The cel condition is Very Good to Fine with light handling.
