    Description

    Bellboy Donald Donald Duck Courvoisier Production Cel Setup with Walt Disney Signature (Walt Disney, 1942). "The guest is always right at Lofty Manors Hotel!" Original hand-inked, hand-painted production cel of Donald Duck, in a Courvoisier setup with custom airbrushed background. Jack King directed this short, which was written by none other than Jack Hannah and Carl Barks! It was released on 12/18/42. The cel has a nice image size of 4". The real bonus in this lot is the Walt Disney signature, cut from the original Courvoisier mat with "WDP" stamp. The inscription reads, "To Bob Kerr from Walt Disney," which came directly from Walt's hand. Matted and framed with Plexiglas, for an overall size of 12" x 15".
