Description
Batman: The Animated Series" Holiday Knights Harley Quinn Layout Drawing (Warner Brothers, 1998). Harley Quinzel, better known as Harley Quinn, was originally created by Bruce Timm and Paul Dini to be a onetime henchwoman for the Joker, but her personality, visual appeal, and fabulous voice-acting performance by Arleen Sorkin turned her into one of the most beloved characters of the series. Presented in this lot is a lovely and masterfully crafter layout drawing of the mischievous harlequin criminal as seen at the 7:47 mark of the episode "Holiday Knights", before hitting batman with her mallet. Rendered in graphite with green and orange pencil, the drawing of Harley measures 9.5"x 6.5" on 12 field size animation paper. The drawing presents animator's notes in pencil and red ink, and an animator's timing chart. The lot is accompanied by a Warner Brothers COA, and it displays a WB sticker near the bottom right of the drawing. This phenomenal rendering of the character is something that fans of the character don't want to miss. The drawing has two small pinholes in between the left and center pegholes, and it shows very minimal handling wear from production. The condition of the drawing is Very Good.Auction Info
